  Really good prices and good staff. I went there with my puppy and I think who is the owner was playing with him. She was really helpful in our needs with our dog and really patient with us. Nice and lovely place

  Dishonest! Scammers! Purchased a pet fountain online for $150, during set up the fibreglass kept breaking off and the black paint running off on anything that came in contact with it. Very concerning seeing as this product is made for pets to drink out of. I then tried to fill it up with 10 litres as advertised (and instructed to do) and it overflows leaving the power cord to sit in water. Just outright dangerous. Contact them via Facebook they deleted the post and messaged me (considering a customer has genuine safety concerns one would think they'd be more worried about that then image). We exchanged photos, I was told to return it for a refund, response was almost immediate. Well they've now had the product for 7 days and have ended all communication, deleted my post from their Facebook. I'm lucky I paid worth afterpay who has no stepped in, had I not, I would have lost $150! I'm shocked that an australian business would behave in such a manner. I will be reporting to office of fair trading

  Great local gem of a pet store. has been their customer ever since walking through their door. fantastic price on premium dog food compared to major pet shops. and their premium dog and cat toys, treats and other accessories are never commonly seen elsewhere as they do make trip overseas and personally select their products.
